Initial orders on new accounts must be prepaid. We will be prepared for credit card payments very soon. After your first order is complete...our payment terms for all envelopes, stationery. and business cards are net 10 days. Please keep your account payments current. Late payments beyond 15 days will delay processing your orders. |

Price List: If there is a discrepancy between the Accent On Graphics price list or quote and the customer purchase order, the price list or quote will supercede. Although every effort is made to ensure accuracy on pricing and merchandise specifications, an occasional pricing error may occur. Accent On Graphics reserves the right to fulfill orders at correct prices or with correct merchandise. Quoted prices are valid for 14 business days. Occasionally, an item may be discontinued by our manufacturers' paper mill. |

Quotes: On orders that were quoted, please refer to the Accent On Graphics quote number supplied with your quote. Discrepancies between quoted specifications and order specifications negates original quote. Variations require requoting and delivery. Quoted prices are valid for 14 business days. Special runs may result in 10 and 20% unders or overs, your invoice will be adjusted accordingly. |

We will fill your Purchase Order as requested. All specifications must be carefully listed on your Purchase Order. If there is a variance between your Purchase Order and sample, Accent On Graphics will always refer to your Purchase Order and Standard Program Terms. Any omissions or discrepancies will delay the timely fulfillment of your Purchase Order. Any order received after 5:00 PM will be considered received on the next business day. Orders must include exact copy placement, color breaks and PMS numbers. |

New Orders: Please include all specifications, such as dimensions of merchandise, imprint placement, ink color, typestyle and punctuation. |

|
Reorders: Reorders must include the most recent corresponding sales order number or your most recent corresponding purchase order number. We maintain production samples and negatives for two years. |

|
Cancellation or Changes: $15.00 if made prior to printing the product. Of course, orders completed cannot be cancelled or changed. Any change or addition to your order must be confirmed via E-mail or fax before the item is produced. |

|
Samples for standard inside tints are available upon request. Any special pattern or color requires a quoted price and delivery time. |

|
If artwork is supplied by the customer, the customer is responsible for conformity or non-conformity to US Postal specs. Accent On Graphics will print according to customerer supplied artwork or samples. Only when Accent On Graphics develops the artwork will Accent On Graphics accept responsibility for conformity to US Postal specs. |

Ink Colors: We do not guarantee an "exact" ink match because of the normal variations in manufacturers ink, in PMS books and in ink color variations caused by paper stock. |

Paper: We are not responsible for variations in color, finish, bursting strength, or weight, which are within the paper manufacturer's tolerance. |

|
Our standard advertised papers are laser friendly. However they are not standard manufactured papers (with the exception of Classic Laid Imaging). If you have any questions or concerns, please request free samples. |

Check your order carefully upon receipt. Imprinted merchandise found to be unacceptable due to factory error will be replaced or credited. Any discrepancies must be reported to Accent On Graphics within 14 business days to receive replacement order or credit. Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the order. |
